- 1/one application form for each presented sample (copy if several samples)
- 2/enological analysis valid for one year only (absorbance included)
- 3/payment of the registration fees
- 4/a set of 6 labels for each presented wine
- 5/the descriptive information of the winches.
- 6/ Send all the above by post (no faxes or e-mails will be accepted) to:
