How to Enrol? Two stages

1 > Application form before BEFORE MARCH 26th, 2010 (New deadline extension : 06/04/2010)

NB: the address for sending your enrolment form is different from the address for sending your samples !

• 1/one application form for each presented sample (copy if several samples)
• 2/enological analysis valid for one year only (absorbance included)
• 3/payment of the registration fees
• 4/a set of 6 labels for each presented wine
• 5/the descriptive information of the winches.
• 6/ Send all the above by post (no faxes or e-mails will be accepted) to:

• 1/6 bottles for each presented sample
• 2/proforma invoice mentioning “échantillons sans valeur commerciale” (samples not for sale)
